Gatti
Health Care will accept any unopened items for a full refund
within 30 days of the purchase. Gatti Health Care will
not issue a refund for any open products or items considered
for personal use that have sanitary implications. Gatti
Health Care does not refund any shipping charges and purchaser
will pay for return. All items must be returned in original packaging
including all parts, manuals and accessories. Items not returned
in full will not be credited. All items returned will be subjected
to a restocking fee of $25.00. No items will be accepted without
a Return Authorization Number from Gatti Health Care .

Warranty
Period
You
must contact customer service for authorization prior to sending
any product for repair. All products are subject to manufacturer
warranty terms and conditions. Read your product documents for
terms of warranty.
Shipping
& Receiving
Gatti
Health Care has no control over freight carriers. Gatti Health
Care takes responsibility for shipping the product to you. If
for any reason our carrier looses or damages your product, we
will follow up with the carrier on your behalf. All claims for
damaged or missing merchandise must be made prior to the 2nd
business day following the delivery. All incoming shipments (return,
exchange or repair) are the responsibility of the shipper (customer).
All claims in these regards must be taken up directly with the
carrier. Gatti Health Care has no liability for products damaged
or not received. We recommend that our customers use carriers
that can track and insure their freight.
